At Salt Kids we are committed to growing kids who ‘Live Big, God’s way’. Salt Kids is on during the school term, for children aged 1-10. Our programmes are a fun place for kids to discover Jesus and to be encouraged to make a difference in their world. We would love for your family to join us this Sunday!

We love making new friends at Salt Kids!
Check-in (for our 4-10 year olds) opens 10minutes before the service starts, in the Function Centre. Check-in (for our 1-3 year olds) is after the first song in the Auditorium, keep an eye on the screen for when it’s time to take your child through to creche. Our friendly hosts will be happy to assist you with any questions.

At Check-In we will ask you to register your child by providing some basic information, including; known allergies, additional needs and your contact details. Your child will be given a name sticker and you will also be provided with a parent collection tag.

Our awesome team will meet your child and help them to settle into the program.

Immediately after the service, please collect your kids from either the creche or Salt Kids area. You will be required to show your parent collection tag (or another form of ID) for the team to release your child to you.

Your child’s safety is important to us, so all team members are police vetted and follow our child safety policy. We take careful note of allergies and medical conditions and have a qualified First Aider present should quick assistance be required.

As a church we adhere to a national “Safer Churches” standard to ensure we are creating a space that is physically, emotionally and spiritually safe for our tamariki and rangatahi/children and young people. Mothers’ Room

Need to feed, settle or change your baby? We have a private room for you to do this at any time. The service is played on a screen via live stream, so you can still feel like you are part of the service. A microwave is available in the creche if needed for heating up bottles or food.

Creche

1-3 Years

Creche is a fully supervised and a safe environment for your little ones. Here kids have fun with free play, morning tea, and a mat time where they learn that God made them, he loves them, and he wants to be their friend forever. You can bring them to the creche anytime during the service.

Juniors

4-5 Years

What could be more fun than music, dancing, stories, games, craft and free play! Kids love coming out to Salt Kids, they are given morning tea, get to hang out, make new friends and they always leave with something they are proud to have made that day!

Seniors

6-10 Years

You can’t get bored when music, dancing, fun competitions and creative teaching is a part of your morning. There is always a lot of laughter, new friendships being made and to top it off, morning tea! Your kids will love it!
